This Week With CalCISO, Paul Kurtz joins us to discuss the data-centric security model. In short, how can we move away from a cybersecurity model driven by a collection of tools, and towards a model of data assimilation in the cloud.

Paul details his view of the data-centric security model for cyber intelligence. He refers to a white paper from the Cloud Security Alliance on Cloud-Based Intelligent Ecosystems. He provides a vision for a sort of “cyber memory” developed over time, made possible by improved utilization of the cloud.
