Taking Action: Our Plans for Diversity

After a year of planning and membership dialogue, CalCISO launched its Women in Cyber Initiative in January, with the leadership of a new Advisory Board comprised of women of achievement in security professions.

The employment data provide a powerful reminder that this Initiative will require long-term, sustaining effort. To focus CalCISO's energies - along with members and expanded volunteer networks - the organization established a Strategic Plan to accompany the new Initiative.
